Adjustable Fingerprint Cylinder Smart Door Lock with Remote
Our Verdict
I recently installed the Adjustable Fingerprint Cylinder Smart Door Lock to see if a budget-friendly unit could handle modern security needs. Throughout my testing, I put the fingerprint reader, keypad, and remote functions through their paces to see how well this device integrates into a daily routine.
Performance & Build Quality
The unit feels solid and is designed to fit a variety of door thicknesses, making the installation process relatively straightforward for a DIY project. While the external casing prioritizes a clean, modern aesthetic, the internal components are built to handle consistent daily locking and unlocking. It feels durable enough for standard residential use in both apartment and house settings.
Day-to-Day Experience
Using the fingerprint scanner proved to be the most convenient method for quick access, and the remote control is a nice touch for unlocking the door from a few feet away. Setup requires a bit of patience to sync the app and register credentials, but once configured, the lock operates reliably. The multiple entry options mean you have a backup plan if your hands are full or you forget your key card.
This is an excellent choice for tech-savvy renters or homeowners looking for an affordable, high-utility upgrade to their existing keyed locks.

Overall, the lock earns a solid 4.14/5 rating for providing a wide array of entry features at a competitive $46.39 price point. If you value keyless convenience and a DIY-friendly installation, this smart cylinder is a practical way to modernize your home security setup.
